Is it possible to return items for a refund

All GA International products (except software and hardware) have full satisfaction guarantees.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 90 days for a full refund or replacement. For other products, please contact us for warranty details.

A 10% restocking fee is applicable for returns not related to the performance or the quality of our products. While we do not accept returns on opened software or hardware, we offer 30-day trials of software that can be downloaded free of charge for evaluation purposes.

To return an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further return instructions.
